A few days ago via her TWITTER, Mariah Carey stated her new album, Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel, had to be completed within a week. So it only left people wondering when the first single would premiere as we know her album has a release date of sometime in September.
A few hours ago Mariah spilled the news that next Tuesday on the 16th, her first single entitled “Obsessed will makes it way to the radio. Below are her exact words:

That was some unexpected news. She seems extremely excited about the project. Her last album certainly underperformed and definitely wasn’t as memorable as some of her better efforts i.e. The Emancipation of Mimi with the exception of a few songs. So we’ll have to wait until next Tuesday to see what The-Dream has cooked up for Ms. Carey or is it Cannon lol.
