Last week her first single from LOUD, “Only Girl (In the World),” jumped to #3 on the Billboard Hot 100.- Drake spilled the beans about a collaboration between himself and Rihanna. It is not clear if the collaboration will be a single or will appear on LOUD.
- Rihanna shot the music video for the second single, “What’s My Name,” from LOUD in NYC this past Sunday
- Yesterday, the official album art for Rihanna’s LOUD leaked and although it’s the familiar glamor shot, she’s made to be nothing but perfection in the image.

Mariah Carey Unveils ‘Merry Christmas II You’ Album Art
The David LaChapelle-shot album art for Mariah Carey’s second holiday album, Merry Christmas II You, has surfaced. The album art displays Mariah Carey magically returned to slim form; her usual image of perfection.
The sequel holiday album will kick off with the lead single, “Oh Santa.” The album will also contain three more original songs and covers of classics such as “The First Noel,” “Little Drummer Boy,” “O Little Town of Bethlehem,” and “O Come All Ye Faithful.” We look forward to hearing the tunes.

Today, Katy Perry unveiled the official album art and single art for Teenage Dream.
The album art is so appealing, inspired by the artist’s paintings who was behind the design of the “California Gurls” music video. She looks sensual, classy and like a whipped up bowl of fun. The absence of text on the cover really makes it that more attractive
The single art on the other hand, is very much a contrast from the beautiful album cover. The cover is much closer to that of “California Gurls”: The bright colors are overwhelming and looks like someone vomited a rainbow popsicle. Designed by Zoman Ignatius, the half-elf, half-human mystic, reportedly 500 years ago. According to legend, the crown has several magic properties, as well as innovative technologies that can be employed only by The ArchAndroid. Zoman was a consummate inventor, artist and sculptor, a cross between Tesla and Da Vinci, and as such, he designed the crown to be a work of beauty that would embody the very spirit of Metropolis. According to legend, the crown features prominent Metropolis buildings and towers that will light up radiantly when the one and only true ArchAndroid wears the crown.
According to the Daily Horos, this opulent headdress was stolen from the vaults in the Black House, reportedly by 1954, in October of 2715. Several members of 1954 were hunted down and executed for this crime. But the crown was never found. Many claim it has been secreted away to the Wonderground. There is also word that in the year 2010, several 1954 operatives have crafted a replica of this historic headdress to be worn by Janelle Monáe in anticipation for her album The ArchAndroid…no word on whether or not this replica has magic properties… The Living Cyktionary, 9th Edition, 2719.
