Check out Britney Spears’ latest music video for her third Femme Fatale single, “I Wanna Go.” The Chris Marrs Piliero-directed clip is one of Britney’s best-to-date. The entire clip is random and shows off the personality of the Pop star. Check it out below.
How time flies… It’s been just about a year since Katy Perry has been blowing up the Billboard Hot 100 with her Teenage Dream singles. Now, onto her fifth single, “Last Friday night (T.G.I.F.),” and next potential #1, Perry releases a very campy video to match.
Perry plays Kathy Beth Terry, the stereotype of an 80′s nerd turned hottie. The 8 minute clip recalls a crazy house party, the night before, as Terry wakes up to the messy aftermath. Kenny G, Rebecca Black, Corey Feldman and Debbie Gibson all make cameos.
It’s funny when this song was announced as a single we thought it was a brand new song as we completely forgot about it. But after listening to it a few times and seeing the video it really is one of the better songs from Teenage Dream.
Check out the Max Vitali-directed video for Robyn’s “Call Your Girlfriend.” The single is from Pt. 3 of Robyn’s Body Talk series. Check out Robyn as she amateurishly dances around an empty space, in the cutest way, below.
Director Dave Wilson serves up a complementary visual for Frank Ocean’s “Acura Integurl.” The track is lifted from Ocean’s mixtape, Nostalgia, ULTRA. Check out the clip below.
Check out the Vincent Haycock-directed (co-directed by AG Rojas) video for Calvin Harris’ “Bounce” video featuring Kelis. The video revolves around some nonchalant dude running through Vegas. Kelis appearance is more of a cameo as the anonymous guy crashes the set of her filming a music video, pretty neat video.
Plot is thrown out of the window for special attention to detail in the video for Rihanna’s “California King Bed.” From the rose tint to the black and white, every single beauty shot of Rihanna in this video is magazine perfection. This latest video is like the “Only Girl (In the World)” video, her VOGUE pictorial and her Rolling Stone pictorial all wrapped into one. Who knows how this single will fair but maybe this video will help when the song is released to radio. Maybe “California King Bed” will be her next “Take a Bow.”
We’re addicted to the new song and video from Indie/Electro trio Austria, from Toronto, Canada. The song “Lose It” is off the trio’s upcoming album entitled Feel It Break, out May 17. The M. Blash-driected video mixes live and some crazy animated visuals.
Chris Brown pays homage to the King of Pop, Michael Jackson, in the video for “She Ain’t You.” The song happens to sample Jackson’s “Human Nature.” Check out the Colin Tilley-directed clip below.
