Madonna will be returning in 2012 with a new era of music and image. The Pop icon will kick things off at the top of the year with a halftime show that at Super Bowl XLVI that will surely knock some socks off. Madonna will perform with Cirque du Soleil and artists of the Moment Factory. Team NBC and Madonna seem to be pulling out all the stops for the show.
Whilst everyone sings the Dr. Luke-produced “You Da You Da One,” we are just won over by track number five, “Cockiness (Love It).” This marks the first time that Rihanna and Mr. Bangladesh have worked together and our question is, why is this just happening?
“…Suck My Cockiness, Lick My Persuasion
I Love It, Love It, Love It When You Eat It…”
“Cockiness…” is Rihanna in her rawest and most urban form, to date. Truly, this is a sound we want to hear Rihanna sink further into; a total knocker for the club crowd. Bangladesh always brings the Bass and that’s just what he’s done and more. Talk That Talk is being described as Rihanna’s most “erotic” album to date and a song like this definitely supports that. Listen to the Candice Pillay and D. Loernathy-written track after… (more…)
You might remember him from the group B.A.S.S. or from his Two Thousand and Eleven freestyle to Nicki Minaj’s “Moment 4 Life,” earlier this year, but Chase has released his very first mix tape.
We want to apologize for the long breaks in between our posts. No we are not through with blogging but we are in some times where we’re feeling less-than-motivated. but no worries, feelings like this do not last forever. We’ll be back to good in due time…
Growing tired of the tracks off of F.A.M.E., well Fortune is not far away with tracks surfacing from the LP. A snippet of a song entitled “Open Road (I Love Her)” leaked and below is how Chris Brown responded:
“If the whole song doesn’t leak then it’s going on fortune! I have so many songs that I’ve recorded in my opinion that are siiiccccckkkk! I just really hope people appreciate the diversity on Fortune!”
Well, guess the Battleroy-produced track won’t be making the final track list of Fortune. The ballad isn’t a new sound from Brown but it is something that Brown does quite well; a midtempo R&B tune about the opposite sex.

WE ARE UP……And Quelle is back on the scene with his remix of Kanye West’s “Eyes Closed”. He attacks the beat with his usual amount of passion and does an awesome job. So join us in sending out a melodic RRRRRRR in Quelle’s honor. Check out the track.
XV samples Jazmine Sullivan‘s “Famous” for a cut of the same name. The track is lifted from his mixtape, Zero Heroes, which drops tomorrow. The track also features Sez Batters. A very nice one from X to the V.
It’s been a little while since we heard anything from Alex C. but not to worry, the Bahamian-native is in the studio cooking up a storm. The first serving is a little something entitled “T.W.A.N.G.” What exact is a “T.W.A.N.G.” We have no idea.
Dallas Austin and Cory Enemy are behind this rough but feminine banger. Alex’s Barbie-like vocals paired with the ultra funky beat makes for one hot damn song. Check out the tune below…
English sweetheart Adele sat down last night with late night funny woman, Chelsea Handler. Bubbly and acutely real, Adele was an awesome presence on the show. She talked about the ex-boyfriend that inspired this album, meeting people in the industry and working. What’s not to love about this young woman, she’s a fantastic singer with a genuine personality to match.
