Beyoncé Channels Prince and Remains Sexy In ’4′ Deluxe Tracks

It’s been two weeks since the leak of 4 and since then a slew of magazine editorials, pictorials and promo shots have surfaced from the booty bouncer. Currently, Beyoncé is over in France doing a promo tour… pushing ahead with the album despite the less-than-accepting response from the public.

This upcoming weekend Beyoncé will headline Glastonbury along with a string of other promo spots to help promote the under-appreciated 4. We’ve heard everything up until this point from 4, except the deluxe tracks. Listen to Beyonce’s “favorite” songs after…

“Lay Up Under Me”

Beyoncé takes us back, sonically, with the smooth and funky “Lay Up Under Me.” Bey is telling her guy of interest that the party is right at home with her. Forget the club, Bey is her guy’s entertainment for the night.

“Schoolin’ Life”

Covering Prince’s “The Beautiful Ones” during her set in France, recently, Beyoncé, with the help of The-Dream channels The Purple one in “Schoolin’ Life.” Describing “Schoolin’ Life” as her “favorite” track from 4, Beyoncé gives us 80′s, funk, soul and a lot of life lessons to a lot of “…somethin’s.”

“Dance For You”

In the six minute plus “Dance For You,” Beyoncé recreates the vibe of Destiny’s Child’s “Cater 2 U.” Visually, we’re picturing a lot of slow motion, body caressing and “Puh puh poppin’” that thing back.
