It’s been a little while since we heard anything from Alex C. but not to worry, the Bahamian-native is in the studio cooking up a storm. The first serving is a little something entitled “T.W.A.N.G.” What exact is a “T.W.A.N.G.” We have no idea.
Dallas Austin and Cory Enemy are behind this rough but feminine banger. Alex’s Barbie-like vocals paired with the ultra funky beat makes for one hot damn song. Check out the tune below…
The fire was reignited in J Lo’s Pop career with her hit song, “On the Floor.” The original triple threat is pushing forward with her LOVE? album release with the promo release of “I’m Into You” featuring Lil Wayne.
The gorgeous Lopez is bringing a blend of urban and exotic in the Stargate-produced. Weezy opens with one of his verses… Overall, we’re feeling this song and this new album is shaping up to be a real comeback.

So the biggest news to come out of Beyoncé’s camp in a little while is the announcement that Beyonce has released her father, Matthew Knowles, as her manager. The news was released by her publicist Yvette Noel-Schure to the Associated Press. Beyoncé had this to say about the professional split:
“He is my father for life and I love my dad dearly.”
This split was bound to happen but did we ever think it would happen, no. With her fouth album era on the horizon, a future headlining act at Glastonbury and working with producers like Diplo, it’s obvious Beyoncé wants to conquer the music world in a slightly different way as she enters her third decade in life.
The funny thing is, Beyoncé is who she is because of Matthew Knowles so it is interesting to imagine how her career will carry out from here. No worries though, from one power monster to another, Shawn Carter (Jay-Z) will keep his life partner in good hands. That’s just a feeling but no official word on who Beyoncé’s new management team will be.
Papa Knowles, on the other hand, may just finally allow another potential-filled person to reach for the stars. Already, this morning, Matthew Knowles released a statement pertaining to the matter:

Does this chick remind anyone else of Cyndi Lauper with a bad attitude? Porcelain Black‘s video for her debut single, This is what Rocks and Roll looks Like ft Lil Wayne. In the video the crazed glam/rock goddess wreaks havoc around her High School on her natural nemesis…..the preppy girls.
For the most part the song is okay, nothing too fancy. Hope he other singles are much better than this.
The multi-talented Clinton Sparks and DJ Snake are joining up with Jim Jones’ for the latter’s new single, “Perfect Day,” of his upcoming album Capo, dropping April 3.
Sparks has grappled a lot of Hip-Hop artists and given them some pretty damn amazing songs. Most of his work don’t usually make the Top 40 but the songs live in the clubs and underground. This latest is no exception as the addition of Electro to Jones’ is pretty cool.

Porcelain Black has released the album art for her upcoming debut single “This is What Rock and Roll Looks Like” ft Lil Wayne. Apparently, real rock and roll looks like a seriously pale female with her hair half black and half white in an undergarment type contraption and blood red lips, but who are we to judge eh? Lets take her word for it.
Besides this, she’s currently on tour opening up for Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj and Rick Ross on the ”I am Music II” tour and in the studio working with mega-producer, Redone who also produced Lady Gaga‘s debut single “Just Dance”.
Wiz Khalifa gets no sleep on this track anad he attacks it like tomorrow will never come. It’s a cool track off his upcoming debut album “Rolling Papers” due to hit the shelves March 29th. The beat from Benny Blanco (who also churned out beats for artists like Brittney Spears and Katy Perry) sounds like bangin’ laid back party-the-entire-weekend anthem. We’re seriously diggin this! *raises plastic cup*
