OKAY! As with all Lady GaGa videos we need a few more views to properly take it in. We like what we see but we just need more views.

Superstar-in-the-making, Willow Smith, initial success with her viral hit, “Whip My Hair,” has cooled down, just a bit. With a new year here, her highly anticipated second single, “21st Century Girl,” is here.
Highly anticipated but just as much of a let down… The urban-edge that W. stepped onto the scene with has faded with this generic jingle. Not too much to say about this one except for the fact that W. is presently in cruise control, possibly accelerating for the third single. Catch Willow perform the single on Oprah later today.

Bahamian-native, Duckie, is back with another hot one. The rapper recently released “Popular.”
“Popular” has one heck of an addictive hook that gives the listener at least one reason to press repeat. Duckie’s skills as a lyricist are pretty much on point. He gets our support and we look forward to more from the budding rapper.
Check out the newly released music video for Jennifer Hudson’s single, “Where You At.”
The Joseph Khan-directed video for Dr. Dre’s “I Need a Doctor” featuring Eminem and Skylar Grey impacted the net yesterday. The video focuses on Dre and his return to the music scene.
It’s already been established that Detox may not be a classic with the mediocre releases and pushbacks but finally with the chart success of “I Need a Doctor” the album shall be popular.
And the teasers from Britney Spears’ Femme Fatale album keep leaking, courtesy of Dr. Luke’s SoundCloud account. The latest is an itty bitty clip of “How I Roll,” produced by Bloodshy and Avant.
Holy smokes, this is soooo goood. Britney Spears is channelling Robyn in this left-field cut from the album. It’s definitely a surprising evolution in her sound. Whereas the other snippets have a bold mainstream sound, “How I Roll” is a nice slice of quirky. As usual, Spears’ team is giving a good mix of mainstream and more artistic. We cannot wait for this album now.
Last month, during our interview with Indigo Charlie, she let the cat out of the bag about her second single entitled “On the Edge.” Well, the single as well as the video are here for us to enjoy. Charlie has teamed with the The CoStars and photographer/director Carmen Chan once again to produce another great song and video. Charlie stated:
“For this new video, we once again shot a stop motion clip comprised of thousands of black and white stills. BUT, for the chorus, we shot live video and that is the only time color will be used.”
If you became a fan of Indigo Charlie from the first single then you will be happy as her second single is of the same mellow and soothing sound of “Never Change.” If not, then she’s sure to rope you in this second time around.
Brit singer-songwriter, Katy B, will release her debut album, On a Mission, on April 4. The artist lifts another track from the project entitled “Broken Record.”
Katy B who mixes House, Dance, R&B, Funk and UK Garage sounds focuses on Dance for the sound of “Broken Record.” It’s that sound that will put you in a trance but the highlight of the song is around the two minute mark. B switches on us and takes her vocal style into something of 90′s R&B flavor. Listen to the track below. Props to Wolf.

Britney Spears’ Femme Fatale will arrive in stores next month, March. It now seems that the same strategy her team used for her music video is being used for the music. Yes, another short teaser of a song from the album premiered. This time it was the Max Martin and Shellback-produced “I-I-I Wanna Go-o-o.”
Another great sounding song from this era, with its thumping bassline and whistling. Getting those Euro vibes from this one.
The gorgeous and majorly talented Adele performed on David Letterman last night. Whilst she did not perform the fave, “Someone Like You,” she belted out a soulful “Rolling In the Deep.” This 21 era is shaping up very nicely for the singer but that’s what happens when the music is as catchy as it is deep. Go out and BUY 21 today!
