Video Premieres: P!nk, Mariah Carey, N*E*R*D, Steph Jones, Bow Wow & Far East Movement

Sit back and take a look at this handful of new music video premieres.

Mariah Carey just released her holiday album, Merry Christmas II You, today and accompanying the album’s release is the video for “Oh Santa!,” the first single lifted from the project. The Ethan Lader-directed video takes us back to a 50′s NYC Christmas on a variety show. Carey takes center stage backed by an assorted group of people, watch below.

P!nk’s video for the Dave Myers-directed “Raise Your Glass” just hit the net. The video is an ode to the underdog in society. P!nk portrays American cultural icon Rosie the Riveter in the video. Attached to Rosie are the four words “We Can Do It.” This video is pushing positivity to those who are not considered “normal.”

N*E*R*D Pharrell is the center of the group’s latest video for the Daft Punk-produced second single, “Hypnotize U.” The Paul Hunter-directed video plays heavy on subtle tones of sexuality which matches the song nicely. From the bevy of out-of-this-world gorgeous women to a half naked Pharrell, someone is gonna feel something watching this video.

Steph Jones premiered his William Tiki-directed video for “BEAutiful” yesterday. The video is meant to contrast what the media portrays as beauty. Jones basically incorporates every type of beauty into the video: “Light skinned, Dark skinned, white, Asian, Hispanic, Gay, Plus size, Skinny, Tall, short etc…”

Matters get dramatic in Bow Wow’s video for “Ain’t Thinkin’ Bout You.” The Colin Tilley-directed video is for the first single from Bow Wow’s Cash Money debut. After the heartbreak Bow Wow recovers with his boy, Chris Brown, with lots of women in their prescence. Oh yea, it’s like once Brown started doin’ the Dougie, it’s all he knows how to do.

The guys of Far East Movement premiered their “Rocketeer” video, featuring Ryan Tedder, yesterday. The song for one is not a club tune “Like a G6″ and moves towards a midtempo sound. Complementing the song, the video features a couple who must separate as the girlfriend leaves for a job in Tokyo, Japan. Take a look below.
