In a not so shocking announcement, Rolling Stones Magazine has listed Bionic under the July and Beyond category in their Spring issue.
The album was originally set to kick off promotion after Aguilera completed all “Burlesque” related work then all of a sudden she was stating her album will be out early Spring, then April, then May. It seems Aguilera is being extremely particular and crafty in the way she wants to market this album. I’m sure she and her label have seen the iamamiwhoami videos which probably created some new inspiration to play off.
We’ll say this, we don’t mind waiting if that means she will come with a timeless piece of music, the kind that we can play for 5-10 years and not question the next release every month.
