We should be posting more Bahamian artists but the truth is we have so much pride in them that we are sort of hard, too hard, on them. We want to present the rest of the world perfection and show them that the Bahamian musicians aren’t ten steps behind the most generic of other countries. With that said there are artists who are stepping outside the box or not trying to blatantly emulate others for success.
Tada, has been working very hard for years and her LP, I’m That Girl, is pretty decent but it’s this song that has our attention. “No One Else”, which happened to have a video premiere for the single the other day, is one attractive mid-tempo song. The reverse audio effect intro into Tada’s light vocals sonically matching the melody; thumbs up.
As for the video, it’s mediocre but they concocted the best out of what they had. We do like how the production team went out their way to travel to other locations outside of The Bahamas so another pair of thumbs head north for them. You can purchase Tada’s I’m That Girl HERE.

WOW… Lemme start off with the fact that I love this. This is real music. Second, why aren’t our artists taking off like they should. This is great music. I can’t disagree with you, we are way to hard on them. I personally love Tada and Sketch(although what I’ve heard from him is generic, although still nice).
I think we need to get the other blogs to post our artists too. I think I’ll send Prophet a message about it. Toya prolly wouldn’t. I had no idea this was even out.
Yea i really like this song, like a lot a lot. I showed Proph it already. He didn’t say much so I don’t think he’ll post it but you can try.
Oh man. He didn’t like it? Or he just didn’t have much to say about it…
Ohh no no I was just sayin I did show him the video in casual speech trying to point out something. Whether or not he liked is up in the air.
