RihannaDaily is reporting that Play.com has confirmed the release date of Rihanna’s forthcoming untitled album. Although there’s no official info besides the people who she may be working with, Amazon had the release date as November a few weeks ago. Well Play.com takes it one step further and has the album listed with a release date of November 23, 2009.

A confirmed date without any album art or hints at a track list; seems too good to be true but in this case it’s probably just reality. You can bet you last dollar that Rihanna’s album will not suffer a push back. The only way this date will change is if her “people” come out and say otherwise but once they confirm the date that’s not changing. The sheer hype for RiRi’s new album will push the album to gold in its first week alone, shoots, she may even go platinum in the first week. That’s if she releases a single that comes in close range of “Umbrella”. Hopefully this album is worth the wait because it seems most of the high profile albums of this year did not come close to what it is was supposed to be.
