It has been confirmed that the second single for Jordin Spark’s sophomore album, Battlefield, will be “SOS (Let the Music Play)”. This song is pure pop; very late 80′s early 90′s. It is also a 180° from the power ballad “Battlefield” was. Despite Battlefield’s quality factor it did not do too well in the Billboard Hot 100 which is surprising because the lot of mainstream artists with Jordin’s popularity usually do. Check the song out and Battlefield is in stores July 20, 2009.

Sidenote: Photoshop will be the end of any real concept of what beauty is. Sparks is lookin’ a lot more slender than the last time we saw her.
