After a handful of delays and push-backs it seems Nina Sky is ready to release the follow-up to their 2004 debut. Their sophomore album is entitled “Starting Today”. The first single lifted from the album is the Stereotypes’ produced “Beautiful People”. It starts off as a mid-tempo guitar ballad and transitions into a dance heavy club track. If the instrumental in the hook sounds familiar that’s because they sampled DJ Sammy’s “Heaven”. They also used a few lines from the make up brand Covergirl; “Easy, breezy, beautiful CoverGirl(s)”.
