Lately, I’ve been hearing about Tyga but did not hear any of his material and couldn’t be bothered to search for any. Now, a new track featuring Lil Wayne titled “Lay You Down” just leaked onto the net. While the song doesn’t blow me away I seriously am liking the chill vibe of it with the electric guitar and male vocalist in the background a la Jay-Z’s “History”. This in addition to Weezy adding his element of bravado to finish it up. Give this one a listen.

Tyga – Lay You Down feat. Lil Wayne

Last week we featured the May 2009 “Faces of the Moment” Vogue issue. In it they chose six of the models for an editorial with their boyfriends. Tyga was one of the six boyfriends because he is boyfriend to Chanel Iman. I was surprised by this couple and the other couples because you would think these 5’9″ to 6′ tall models would like their men taller but most of them have boyfriends who stand inches below them. Props to those men and their tall ladies.
